The delicious rice we are proud of is Koshihikari, which is grown using the stevia farming method by farmers in our own fields. To go with it is the finest dried fish carefully selected by the owner. The combination of the finest dried fish with the aroma of charcoal and Koshihikari is exceptional. We receive instructions from many customers. You are welcome to use our service only for set meals, not only for lunch but also for dinner! !

The sake selection is carefully selected by the owner, ranging from sweet to ultra-dry, which boasts the best in Japan, and from seasonal to standard. Is it rare for premium sake to arrive? ! You can enjoy it without any premium price. We also purchase fresh fish directly from nearby fishing ports. Please enjoy our carefully selected Japanese sake and carefully selected fresh fish.

Our specialty ingredients are grilled all at once on a large grill using high-grade Bincho charcoal over high heat, locking in the flavor. Our staff will grill your food on a grill that is hot enough to heat all the way to the aisles. We offer exquisite grilled dishes such as the finest dried fish and grilled vegetables, all cooked over a strong charcoal fire that cannot be enjoyed at BBQ.

Approximately 40 seats are available in a tatami room with a sunken kotatsu. You can relax and enjoy some drinks. You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner, so it is used for a wide range of purposes, from banquets to set meals. (Depending on the congestion situation, we may not be able to accommodate groups of less than 2 people.)

We welcome our customers with a wide range of Japanese sake, carefully selected and purchased by the owner himself, at reasonable prices.
