“Unused fish” are fish that have almost no value and are either thrown away or bought for just a penny. The ``Small Fish Snack of the Day'' that we offer at our restaurant is made from ``unused fish'' that is crisply fried and served as an addictive snack. At 48 Fisheries, we also work to reduce food loss by bringing out the inherent value of fish and commercializing it.

``Valuable products at reasonable prices'' Nowadays, it has become difficult for the culture of eating fish to be inherited due to various reasons, and many producers are struggling with the current situation where they have to compete with low prices that do not match the quality. At 48 Fisheries, we are working hard to curb overfishing and raise the income of fishermen by purchasing such delicious fish at a fair price.

A new standard menu featuring plump and juicy shark meat wrapped in a slightly spicy, crispy batter and served with our special honey mustard sauce! Peach shark is named after the clear pink color of fresh blue shark flesh. Mr. Takahashi of Chuka Co., Ltd., who handles this peach shark, works with fishing boats to process sharks while they are fresh using a unique method to create extremely delicious shark meat products.
