Four types of red miso, including Hatcho miso and Hida red miso, are mixed with Oyster to create a rich and deep soup.

We blended four types of white miso, including sweet miso from Hiroshima, and kneaded it with red bean liver. In contrast to red miso, we created a creamy and rich soup that brings out the sweetness of white miso.

A mellow and well-balanced cup that combines miso with a hint of ginger and the sweetness of backfat. We added a large amount of ginger to 4 types of miso, and added peanut butter and sesame paste to give it a rich flavor. The miso sauce is carefully kneaded with about 20 different ingredients and uses 100% domestic wheat noodles exclusively for this Ramen. We recommend adding rice to the leftover soup. Please give it a try

The noodles are blended with the sticky glutinous wheat "Mochihime" from Iwate Prefecture, and you'll want to enjoy the chewy and bouncy texture of the noodles. Enjoy the mix of ingredients, including two types of green onions, bonito, seaweed, handmade menma, and chunky cubes of chashu.
