The menu changes every month, starting with ``Hassun'', which expresses the beautiful changing of the seasons, and ``Matsukasa-yaki'', which shows the meticulous workmanship, so that you can enjoy to your heart's content Japanese flavors that you can't taste in everyday life.

Kagurazaka flourished as a red-light district. The elegant old folk house, which was once the main residence of a geisha, has been renovated, creating an aesthetic space of Taisho Romance, as if time has stood still. The interior of the store is inspired by the high-color Taisho Romantic style of the red light district, and is decorated with paintings of beautiful women by Yumeji Takehisa, a representative painter of the Taisho Romantic era, as well as stained glass and lighting from the time, creating a retro and modern atmosphere. The space, which makes you feel like you have traveled back in time to Yachiyo, is made up of various types of private seats.

The perfectly prepared ingredients collected from all over Japan are transformed by the unique taste and delicate handling of a new generation that is not bound by the framework where change and evolution coexist.
ChefSatoshi Imafuku - A new generation that captivates with honesty and sincerity
Born October 29, 1988 in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he aspired to become a chef and trained for about nine years at Suishin, a long-established restaurant that represents Setouchi. After serving as the second chef at Kagurazaka Shimizu since 2018, he became the head chef in September 2020. The store's name has been changed to "Kagurazaka Yumeji," and the friends who once trained together have reunited to invite them to new heights. The arrogant craftsmanship that makes you feel the change of the four seasons shines through, and each delicious plate is filled with joy and gratitude.
