It's not just meat. Our rice is made with pesticide-free Togo Koshihikari rice, which is said to be the best in Fukui Prefecture, the birthplace of Koshihikari rice. By signing a yearly contract with the producer, Mr. Oka, we are able to reliably purchase high-quality rice in the form of brown rice. This carefully selected rice is polished in-house and cooked in clay pots to recreate the taste of freshly cooked rice from farmers.
