Our motto is "providing quality ingredients at low prices"...The fresh seafood we purchase from Tsukiji is processed in-house by our craftsmen and skewered one by one. By grilling the food over charcoal, it brings out the full flavor of the ingredients. You can also enjoy a variety of flavors such as homemade miso pickles, basil sauce, and tartar sauce.

In addition to the ever-popular fish skewers such as ``Tuna cheek meat skewers,'' ``Sea bass and tomato basil skewers,'' and ``Kombu skewers with roe,'' we also offer fresh dishes such as ``Japanese Caesar salad with raw bonito flakes'' and ``Tuna Prosciutto.'' You can also enjoy a dish menu unique to fish skewers made with seafood! For lunch, we offer our signature stew, ``Black mackerel''. Fatty Norwegian mackerel is carefully simmered in a large pot for two days until the bones are tender. Tamari soy sauce is used to make the black broth of mackerel black boiled, and chili pepper is added to make it spicy, giving it a deep flavor. "Sabadama", a homemade flavored egg made with mackerel soup stock and flavored with garlic, also goes well with rice.
