Koshihikari rice grown in Uonuma, made by a full-time farmer in Minamiuonuma, Niigata Prefecture. Rice with reduced pesticides and reduced chemical fertilizers is commonly known as ``Gengenmai'' rice, which reduces the number of pesticides used and the amount of chemical fertilizer used.

Other, I have been blessed with the opportunity to meet many other producers, including Mr. Kuwabara of Uonuma Healthy Pork and Mr. Odajima, a chicken farmer in Uonuma. We will deliver Niigata materials grown in the best location to the people of Tokyo on behalf of the producers.
