100 percent handmade soba noodles made with homemade buckwheat flour in our basement. We only make buckwheat flour to the level of milling and buckwheat flour that the owner is satisfied with. For course meals, we carefully select natural fish and seasonal ingredients. The soba kaiseki served by the 4th and 3rd generation owners who trained at Hotel Okura is very popular! We also offer Kaiseki cuisine prepared by our 4th generation chef, who trained at Hotel Okura, upon reservation. We do not accept reservations for seats only on Sundays and public holidays.
