ChefKentaro Nakahara: A sincere and honest approach to meat
Born in Tokyo in 1976. At the age of 27, he took over his wife's family's Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant "Sumibi Yaki Shichirin" in Minowa, and with no prior experience, he taught himself how to purchase meat and cook. He built the restaurant into a popular establishment. In 2014, when the restaurant moved to Ichigaya, the name was changed to "Sumibi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Nakahara". Since then, he has continued to revolutionize the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) world, opening "Henry's Burger" in Daikanyama and Akihabara.

They purchase the highest quality Wagyu beef without being particular about the brand, and serve only the most delicious cuts of each cut. The "Maboroshi no Tongue" included in the course allows you to taste a rare cut of Kuroge Wagyu beef, a specialty that truly lives up to its name of "Maboroshi". The "sirloin" taken from cows that have been raised for a long time is characterized by its light texture, which is achieved by slicing it thinly. You will want to take your time to savor the natural firmness of the meat and the high-quality fat.
