Food Taste rare “Hinai chicken” grilled over charcoal
Hinai Jidori is one of Japan's three most delicious chickens. We use only female Hinai chickens that are free-ranged in the vast nature of Akita and raised over time. It is characterized by firm lean meat and sweet fat, and the more you chew, the deeper the flavor and richness becomes. The meat is skewered into sizes that allow you to enjoy its plump meat and juicy flavor, and then carefully grilled over charcoal. The popular “white liver skewer” is a super rare piece! Enjoy the soft and mellow taste of rare grilled meat.

Since its founding, Imai-ya has established a certification system called ``Yakikata-jin'' in order to hone their grilling techniques.
