From the 1950s, when there was no gourmet boom, to the present day, we have been supported by many repeat customers. Ajanta's cuisine, which has not changed since its opening, is enjoyed by customers from a wide range of age groups.

We are open from 11:00 to 23:30! It's right next to the station, so you can enjoy your meal at your leisure without worrying about time. In order to maintain the quality of stimulation, aroma, and richness, we use carefully selected spices, mainly from South India. There is also an episode in which a chef who transferred from another restaurant was surprised when he said, ``Other restaurants use the same amount of food as a week's worth in one day.'' Using a lot of ingredients has a bearing on the taste, but the secret to Ajanta is the effort and ingenuity of using different mixtures to make the most of the ingredients.
