Owner Hori has carefully selected 30 types of Belgian beers that go well with yakitori. The owner, Mr. Shinfuku Hori, studied under Mr. Toshihiro Wada of the Michelin-listed restaurant Ginza Birdland, which pioneered yakitori and wine, for 10 years, learning everything from ingredients to how to grill it. In September 2008, he became independent and opened ``Hop Duvel'' in Shinbashi, where you can enjoy yakitori and Belgian beer, and it became a popular restaurant. In October 2017, he opened Yakitori Kuniyoshi, a restaurant with the concept of yakitori and wine.
