Yakitori Miyagawa custom-made sake ``Untitled'' and ``Nama'' are specially brewed by ``Nabedana Sake Brewery,'' a venerable brewery founded in 1986, which brews the sacred sake of Shinshoji Temple in Naritasan, Chiba Prefecture. 'Spicy'. ``Untitled'' is a product that we have repeatedly tried making to match chicken dishes. Freshly squeezed "raw spicy" that does not require any "heating" or "addition of water". Please enjoy the carefully selected sake that can only be enjoyed at Miyagawa Shoten.
Food Miyagawa's original "Kurohachimi" has a refreshing taste
[Kurohachimi] This product was planned and created by the president himself in order to make Miyagawa's cuisine even more delicious. A total of 8 types of condiments are carefully roasted: chili peppers, morning beans, mandarin peel, green lettuce, sesame seeds, ginger, poppy seeds, and Japanese pepper. [Ripe red sansho] Directly sent from Kanja Sanshoen in Kishu Wakayama Prefecture. The normal harvest time for sansho is from May to June, but this is a valuable sansho that can be harvested at full ripeness until October. The color is red and the scent is very gorgeous. It goes perfectly with the yakitori sauce.
