Utilizing the sales experience he gained at a listed company, he worked in the restaurant business, and after retiring, he trained at a high-end sushi restaurant before going independent. He selects high-quality ingredients from Kyushu and all over the country, including seafood that Kyushu is proud of. He has established his own procurement route in his hometown of Kyushu, including Fukuoka and the Goto Islands. Please enjoy our consistent hospitality that puts the customer first.
