Our specialty, ``Takikomi Gohan'' (rice cooked in a clay pot), is a masterpiece that combines the aroma of the aromatic soup stock and the flavor of seasonal ingredients. The utensils and choko cups are valuable antiques purchased by the shop owner. It enhances the taste and beauty of your food.
