The reason why we are able to offer high-quality courses for 8,500 yen is because our shop is a place for the output of young Sushi craftsmen. Sushi Due to the problem that it takes time to train craftsmen, we opened "Sushi Tsumi" as a place for the owner to practice the skills he has acquired from "Sushi Kuriya River". The craftsmen who have learned the techniques of the popular restaurant and the 15-year veteran manager who supports them do not cut corners in the quality of the fish, the delicate Edomae work, and the dishes that do not fit into the supporting roles. Please enjoy the masterpieces of craftsmen.
