We have prepared a course that uses luxurious conger eel! Only brand-name conger eel from Oita Prefecture is used. You can enjoy various kinds of hamo such as shabu shabu-shabu, kakiage, and boiled conger. Summer is when hamo is in season, when the meat is light and delicious. This is the perfect time to build up your stamina! For parties and entertainment, you can add all-you-can-drink (2 hours) for an additional 2,200 yen! Be sure to try our summer-limited conger conger course!

We purchase horse meat raised at the foot of the majestic Aso from Kumamoto, seasonal fresh fish from Saganoseki overlooking the Toyo Strait in Oita, and high-quality seasonal ingredients from Kyushu, from vegetables to seasonings. I am. You can't help but smile when you stuff your mouth with wild horse meat grown in the great outdoors or lively local fish caught in the blessed ocean currents. The soy sauce from Kagoshima is also a highlight, so enjoy the horse sashimi with sweet soy sauce and the sashimi with dark soy sauce.

The mellow, round-tasting pre-wari shochu is made by the owner who orders the brewing water from the brewery, cracks the shochu with just the right amount of spoon, and then lets it age.
