Akasaka Shabu Gen is the ``origin of pork pork shabu-shabu'' and the first pork shabu shabu in Japan. Shabu Gen offers carefully selected branded pork "TOKYO-X" and "Satsuma Kurobuta". We have also researched how to make shabu shabu soup stock that brings out the flavor of the meat, and we continue to do so to make sure our customers are happy. Three types of exquisite sauces that have been studied repeatedly since our founding. We offer ``Sesame Sauce'' with the aroma of roasted sesame seeds, ``Ponzu Sauce'' made with plenty of vegetables, and ``Secret Sauce'' with a completely new flavor. The spicy sesame sauce has a rich taste, and the special ponzu sauce has a refreshing secret sauce that will definitely make you addicted. We are particular about the soup stock, and the taste of the meat and sauce is shabu-shabu, which we continue to improve to bring shabu shabu the flavor of the meat to the fullest. Please enjoy it.

At our restaurant, where you can shabu shabu in one pot per person, we use carefully selected ingredients. Among them, Matsusaka beef from Mie Prefecture has a lower melting point of fat than other Wagyu beef, so it has a texture that melts the moment you put it in your mouth. We also offer other meats such as Kuroge Wagyu beef rib roast and strawberries, as well as the legendary pork ``TOKYO-X'' and Kagoshima-produced ``Kurobuta''.
