Food Artisan-made wood-fired pizza baked at a high temperature of over 400 degrees.
Oven-baked Neapolitan pizza baked at a high temperature of over 400 degrees. Hand-kneaded dough made every morning with a unique blend of domestic and Italian flours tailored to the Japanese palate. We also use fresh mozzarella that is shipped directly by air about three times a week. The craftsmanship of carefully finishing each pizza to the perfect degree of doneness, which varies depending on the type of pizza.
SpaceTerrace seating with an open feel
An open terrace seat where you can see the pizza being baked right in front of you. There is good ventilation and a cooling fan installed, so don't worry even in the hot summer.
Food Course menu with excellent cost performance
Our most popular course dish! A hearty 6-course meal that starts with an assortment of appetizers, our signature Neapolitan pizza, chef's special pasta, and even Meat Dishes! All-you-can-drink options are also available. If you have any allergies, we are happy to change the course content. We can accommodate groups of 4 or more people, so please use it for banquets, farewell parties, year-end parties, etc.
Food Dessert plates with messages can also be prepared.
If you are using this for a birthday or farewell party, we will also prepare a dessert plate with a message (1,500 yen - enough for about 3 people), so please write your message and desired amount in the request field when making a reservation. Please fill in.
