The luxurious approach reminiscent of a Japanese garden welcomes our guests. We offer a course of "cuisine to enjoy in the moment," crafted by our chef who trained at renowned establishments in Japan
...and China. The menu changes based on the day's fresh ingredients, allowing you to savor dishes that capture the unique "moment" of that day, freshly prepared just for you. One of the highlights is our "Sesame Tofu," made with "Mankombu" kelp harvested from Kawakubihama in the southern region of Hokkaido. We also provide seasonal fresh fish from the chef's hometown of Hyogo Prefecture and other regions across Japan.
