ChefAbout Mr. Arnaud Laerre
Mr. Laer is a pastry chef and chocolatier who was selected as MOF (National Most Excellent Craftsman) at the young age of 35, and currently has restaurant restaurant in Paris, France and one in Greece. While Mr. Raelle values traditional French sweets making, he challenges himself every day by seeking new changes and continues to create sophisticated and beautiful Sweets. This Hiroo store is the first store in Japan that is filled with Mr. Laer's specialties.
Food Balancing tradition and modernity
The essence of Arnaud Larher, which he discovered while working with many top pastry chefs, can be expressed in the words "combining tradition and modernity." While valuing traditional methods, he is always pursuing new creations without being bound by the flow of time.

Mr. Laer is also very particular about the selection of ingredients. We place importance on visiting the production areas ourselves and making choices using our five senses.
