We are particular about using domestic ingredients and rarely use imported ingredients. We also receive these ingredients directly from the producers. They take pride in their work and only send us in
...gredients that they are truly satisfied with. Dishes that make use of ingredients that can be heard from the producers emphasize the authenticity of the food by eliminating waste. Chef Fukuda personally creates the vessels that adorn them. As a chef, I look at the relationship between tableware and food, and give form to the creations that arise from that relationship. Please enjoy the warmth and heartfelt dish created by handmade craftsmanship.
