``Takkanmari'' means one chicken, and it is a hotpot dish that uses a whole chicken. Using domestic chicken that is ground in the morning, it is slowly simmered to create a rich and mildly flavored soup stock. A soup rich in collagen has a beautiful skin effect and is nourishing and tonic!
