Juro Sada is the culmination of 15 years of yakitori life. The chicken we arrived at was neither local nor branded chicken, but we used a processing method that brings out the maximum flavor of the chicken. The flavor and softness are brought out by letting it sit at a constant temperature and humidity. Grill this over charcoal. This yakitori is made with particular attention to the size of each piece. We also have parts that are not commonly available in the market. Some parts require reservations, so please contact us by phone.

From 4 to 10 people. We offer a spacious and completely private room with a sunken kotatsu. We also have semi-private seating with a view of the garden. Please use it for all kinds of occasions, from corporate banquets to entertainment, girls' nights out, group parties, etc.
