ChefOwner Chef Takeshi Horie
After 8 years of training in France, he returned to Japan in 2013. He started out as a chef in his hometown of Nagasaki, and moved to France in 2005. After working at A&M (Bib Gourmand) in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, Gerard Besson (1 star) in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, and Le Gendreau (1 star) in Cahors in the southwest region, he worked as a chef at Bistro Pipo in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. He opened Tastu in 2015 and won a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide in 2017.
