Fascinated by the world of cooking since the age of 18, he trained at Sabatini di Firenze Tokyo for seven years. From 2012, he furthered his training at the famous restaurant Vincero in Shinjuku, and then moved to Italy to serve as head chef at Cagliostro in southern Italy. Nakahama, who became independent in April 2019, is working hard for customers at "orso". The dishes are all masterpieces with ingenious flavors and presentation that convey the local characteristics of the ingredients and the producers' passion.
Nakahama, who also had experience as a head chef in Puglia, Italy, will serve as the chef. Enjoy seasonal ingredients!
