The store name "Adagio" means "gently" in Italian. You can enjoy quality meals while relaxing in our cozy restaurant. In addition to the popular counter seats where you can enjoy the chef's work and a live experience, there are also private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Feel free to enjoy it not only for dates, dinner parties, and special occasions, but also for everyday meals.

We use carefully selected ingredients based on the ideas that ``Seasonal ingredients have energy'' and ``Make sure you have good ingredients because they go into your body.'' The vegetables are organic, pesticide-free vegetables grown by the chef himself in his own garden. All the seafood is fresh, shipped directly from Toyosu Market and local fishing ports. The chef personally travels to local producers to purchase ingredients. The meat is Satoyama beef that is aged in-house. The flavor is concentrated and you can enjoy the original charm of the meat. The menu changes daily depending on the ingredients, so please enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter.
