The specialty is "Cow tongue shabu shabu". We carefully select the tender parts of the tongue and slice them to the perfect thickness for a pleasant texture. Amazing and looks great on SNS! The distinctive arrangement on the board is pleasing to the eye and is the first of its kind in Tokyo! The green onions, which are carefully cut by hand by the chef himself, go perfectly with the tongue. The soup stock is rich in the flavor of kelp, allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness right to the end. Also popular are the Kurobuta pork soup shabu and the new type of yam shabu-shabu shabu, which is made with yam soup stock that goes well with Iberian pork fat.
