One of the lifeblood of Sushi. We use carefully selected ingredients every day from Toyosu Market, Kawasaki Kita Market, Manazuru Fishing Port, and from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south. We try to stock the best ingredients from each market that day. In particular, we purchase tuna from Yamayuki, the best in Japan. We would like you to come and check it out for yourself.
