Iowans are so proud of their local pork that they even hold a bacon festival that attracts about 15,000 people. Of these, our store has a contract with ``Barkwood Farms'', a family-run producer who is particular about the breeding environment, and produces Berkshire pigs, which are popular in Japan. They are rare because they have a small body, slow growth, and few piglets are born, and they are characterized by bright red, crisp meat. Enjoy the bone-in ribs, which are the best part, with your hands!

To bring out the tenderness of the pork that arrives from Iowa, we use a special smoker to smoke it at low temperatures and over a long period of time. After trying oak and cherry, I chose fragrant hickory chips from America. It is served with six sauces, including our original BBQ sauce, mayonnaise-based Alabama white sauce, and tangy Carolina sauce. Each sauce and gravy mix together on the plate to create your own delicious taste.

Craft beer is available in American-sized pints. The popular ``Goose IPA'' from Chicago has just the right amount of bitterness from the hops, which goes well with the fat.It refreshes and resets a heavy palate.Also, the ``Kona Big Wave Golden Ale'' from Hawaii is popular. , refreshing and fruity. The interior of the store is based on wood and brick tones, giving an image of good old America. All of our staff can speak English, and most of our customers are foreigners who like meat. It has a country vibe and has pictures of pork producers on the walls, giving it a very Iowa feel, so please come and feel like you're experiencing a different culture. It is easily accessible from Roppongi Station and Roppongi 1-chome Station, and you can see Tokyo Tower from the front of the store.We also have terrace seats where you can enjoy the night breeze, so you can relax while watching the people passing by.
