Kakunoshin's representative [Kadozaki Aged Meat] is purchased from one of the Kuroge Wagyu beef from Tohoku, mainly Iwate, and has been specially aged to further raise the potential of the meat. Red meat has a strong meat flavor, while marbled meat has sweet fat. Because we only buy one animal, the parts change each day, so you can enjoy a variety of parts!

The original Nikumaki sea urchin gunkan. We purchase sea urchin carefully selected by our head chef, a former Sushi chef, every day. By lightly grilling the aged meat, the fat melts perfectly, making it a perfect match with the sea urchin!
