ChefYujiro Takahashi - A food guide who invites you to innovation
Born in 1977, from Fukuoka Prefecture. Fascinated by French cuisine, he trained at Restaurants in Tokyo. In 2004, moved to France. He returned to Japan in 2007 after devoting himself to the three-star Restaurants Ledwyer, as well as Bistro, patisserie, and boulangerie. Le Jeu de Lassiette, where he served as chef, has been awarded one Michelin star for five consecutive years. In July 2015, he became independent and opened "Le Sputnik" in Roppongi.
