Food “shabu shabu” made with Nodoguro, where you can enjoy the flavor of high-quality fat.
We use only the highest quality fresh Nodoguro from time to time, mainly from Yamaguchi Prefecture. Luxurious shabu shabu can be enjoyed in winter with bonito and kelp soup shabu, and in summer with lava stone grilled shabu. The ``Nodoguro Takikomi Gohan'' is simply cooked with Akitakomachi from Akita Prefecture, and uses a soup stock packed with the flavor of nearly 10 ingredients, including Nodoguro bones, dried foods such as grilled chin and dried scallops, and chicken. Please enjoy it with seasonal sake.
