The signature dish, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), uses fresh offal from Kagoshima Prefecture, which has no odor and has a plump texture. We offer a total of 8 types of soups, so please enjoy your favorite Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with a variety of toppings. We also recommend the most popular original salted tonkotsu flavor, the Western-style consommé flavor with a whole large tomato, and the soy milk miso flavor with a pure white soup and mellow taste.
