ChefChef Ichikawa Kanenari's Commitment
Influenced by his father, who runs Bistro in Tokyo, he became interested in cooking from an early age and jumped into the world of cooking. After training at famous restaurants including Michelin-starred Restaurants, he became the chef of ICHII in 2024. At ICHII, we offer creative cuisine that values the connections we have made with producers we have met from all over Japan.

Most of the ingredients used are carefully selected by the chef himself, who has visited the producers to find them. Using ingredients that are filled with the feelings of the producers he has met all over the country, he offers original and innovative dishes created by making full use of the techniques and skills he has cultivated. The course menu changes approximately every three months to reflect the season, with seasonal ingredients. We will treat you to delicate dishes that are like works of art, bringing out the depth and charm of the ingredients to the fullest.

Enjoy homemade non-alcoholic drinks and natural wines along with dishes created with the chef's delicate touch. We carefully select wines that pair well with the food and do not interfere with the food. We have a diverse lineup centered on natural wines, including those from Japan. We also offer pairings to match course meals. Non-alcoholic drinks include kombucha fermented in-house and drinks made with syrups made with herbs.

[ICHII] is a hidden Restaurants with no signboard, located on the second floor of a building right next to Roppongi Station. When you step into the elevator hall, you will be greeted by randomly installed wooden frames and glass objects. The interior is based on black and has 6 counter seats, 3 completely private rooms with 4 seats, and 3 seats with 4 tables. Calm lighting and spotlights illuminate delicate dishes beautifully. Please use it for a special day spent with your loved ones, such as for entertainment, dinner parties, anniversaries, etc.
