Mainly course meals, we offer menus that both foodies and those trying tempura for the first time can enjoy. Our craftsmen carefully prepare carefully selected seasonal ingredients and serve crispy, fried tempura one by one at your own pace. Kakiage (kakiage) is one of our signature menu items. Choose your favorite style from Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), Tencha, and Tenzaru Inaniwa Udon.
Food ingredients
Skilled craftsmen put their knives into carefully selected seafood and mountain products one by one, and with the exquisite coating and precise pasteurization that bring out the flavor of the ingredients, you can enjoy the freshly fried texture, flavor, and wide-ranging taste. A restaurant specializing in tempura dishes. The head chef uses ``the most delicious ingredients of the day'' purchased in Toyosu. Please enjoy the seasonal ingredients that change with the seasons.

The ``oil'' used for Tempura is a blend of Taihaku sesame oil, which has a suppressed aroma and flavor, and cottonseed oil, which has a rich flavor and mellow flavor, and is characterized by a light and refreshing finish that drains easily.
