We always have 20 types of ingredients available, and you can order them individually or as an assortment. We recommend the soft-boiled egg and the flavorful daikon radish. In addition to oden, you can enjoy snacks made with fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu, as well as menus that incorporate seasonal flavors. The menu changes weekly, so you can discover something new and delicious every time you visit.

In addition to the standard beer, sake, and sour drinks, there is a rich lineup of drinks including natural wine. Among them, we have over 12 types of sake, which are purchased from all over the country and change weekly. Our top recommendation is ``Shin Dashi Wari'', which is diluted with our special dashi soup. You can enjoy a blissful time by drinking a warm cup little by little while snacking on dried firefly squid.
