ChefOwner Chef/Hideki Okamoto
Born in Hokkaido. Joined Hotel New Otani in 1986. Joined Kyobashi "Chez Inno" in 1989. In 1995, he then moved to France and studied at Paris' Guy-Savoie (three stars), Roine's Troisgros (three stars), Puimirole's Michel Tramats (three stars), and Grasse's Jacques Cibois (two stars). After returning to Japan in 1999, he worked as the head chef at Ann Cafe in Aoyama, the head chef at Hakata All Nippon Airways Hotel, and the head chef at Deuroanne, where he has been since August 2012.
