We shaved Honkarebushi from Kagoshima Prefecture in the morning and made dashi with Rausu kelp.
SpaceA slightly private semi-private room
There are two semi-private rooms that seat 4 people. This seat has a lattice door so you won't be bothered by other people's eyes. It is popular when having important conversations.
A hideaway nestled on a tree-lined street, where you can enjoy delicious ingredients delivered directly from the farm. Finish the course with handmade 100 percent soba noodles.
Shiomi is a restaurant run by the owner who trained in Japanese Cuisine and hand-made soba restaurants, as well as young staff. The atmosphere is lively and friendly, and there are many local regulars
... as well as customers from further afield. It's a bit far, just a 10-minute walk from Waseda Station, but please come and enjoy the view of the zelkova trees that change throughout the seasons. We also accept same-day reservations. Please give us a call!
