We use Daisen chicken, which is a branded chicken. Each piece is carefully skewered by our staff and grilled over binchotan charcoal. There are two types of seasoning. The salty flavor brings out the flavor of the ingredients, and the secret sauce flavor that has been added since our founding. Please enjoy our special Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) (^^)
