“Kyomizu Eel” from Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Because there is a limit to the number of eel that can be bred, this rare item is only available at over 30 eel shops nationwide, and is known as the "phantom eel." "Zorome" uses such "Kyomizu eel" and offers the most luxurious dishes such as the famous "Kyosui Unajyu" and "Shirayaki" where you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients straight. Although it has a sweet aroma and taste, it is also appealing because it contains four to five times more DNA and EPA than conventionally farmed eel.

We carefully select items that go well with eel dishes, changing the number and brand depending on the season. [Juyondai (1,500 yen)] where you can enjoy a fruit-like taste, [Misenmori (1,000 yen)], a super-karakuchi sake that is loved by dry drinkers, and [Funenchuhachi], which gives you a sense of romance in your mouth.
