“Agu pork” is a precious native pork unique to Okinawa.It has a higher rate of marbling than regular pork, and its fat contains sweetness and flavor components. The melting temperature of the fat is close to body temperature, so when you put it in your mouth, it has a rich and sweet taste. The high-quality Agu pork is shipped directly from our main store in Okinawa. You can enjoy the original taste of meat in shabu shabu.
