Food More than 30 types of flour dishes made with carefully selected dough
The dough is the lifeblood of Hachihachi's Konamon. The base is made by adding more than 10 types of vegetables and fruits to a chicken-based soup and simmering it for over 4 hours. Furthermore, we combine bonito and kelp with Japanese dashi to create a flavorful dough. You can enjoy a variety of flour products made with carefully selected dough.

Our artisans carefully bake the secret dough and egg on a custom-made copper plate. It becomes so fluffy that it takes on an oval shape under its own weight. There are few shops in Tokyo that can serve authentic Akashiyaki, a rare gem.
