All of the dishes served by Amatarasu are designed to go well with sake. The [sashimi], which is ordered by over 90% of the customers who visit, is mainly white meat and has a refreshing taste. Fresh fish caught that day, such as sea bream, sole, machete, mako garei, soy, golden sea bream, and Japanese mackerel, is served in dishes that match your meal. In addition, please enjoy our specialty Seafood dishes such as [Ikura ojiya] and Oyster caught in Hokkaido and Sanriku, which are perfect as a finale to your hot pot, along with sake.
