Freshly dug lotus roots are delivered directly from Suzuki Farm in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and arrive at the store the next day. Please try Creative Cuisine using fresh lotus root, such as ``Fried lotus root scissors with shrimp and pounded chicken'' and ``Simmered steamy lotus root with furofuki style''.
Food We offer the famous meat sashimi sashimi and raw horse meat sashimi♪
Horse meat is provided raw according to standard management. [Raw horse liver, raw horse heart, horse fillet, horse meat trotaku] Super fresh morning-seasoned thigh meat sashimi. Liver, heart, tongue, komekami, skirt steak, teppo, kobukuro. *Cooked at a low temperature according to legal standards.

The ``Miyagi Prefecture Asajime Motsu'' lined up in the neta case are sliced and skewered at the store every day. Tongue, skirt steak, and the ever-popular toro teppo. Both the Ikebukuro West Exit main store and the second store near the East exit station are open every day until 7pm during happy hour with 19 types of alcohol for 250 yen.
