The duck purchased from Nishizaki Farm in Ibaraki Prefecture is never frozen. We use ducks that have been free-ranged and free-range, without the use of chemicals, and fed with feed that is safe for human consumption. One of the most recommended duck dishes is ``grilled duck thigh.'' Since it is made from thigh meat, it is a dish with a chewy texture. Season with salt and cook over high heat. The feature is that you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients! There are also menus for each part such as thigh, thymus, liver, heart, and gizzard.

Japanese sake goes perfectly with duck meat. We carry a wide variety of items, from standard items to seasonal items. In addition to the regular 5 types, 3 to 4 types are available seasonally. Be sure to check out the seasonal items listed on the blackboard as recommended menu items. We carefully select and purchase items that go well together, so please enjoy your favorite sake and duck dishes. You can also drink it from noon ◎

Our specialty soba is mainly Hitachi Aki Soba from Ibaraki Prefecture, but depending on the season, we use local varieties from Tochigi Prefecture. During the summer new soba season, we use a unique blend of seeds from Tochigi and Saitama prefectures, and crack them into soba noodles. All of the restaurant's menus are made with 100 percent soba, and the most popular is ``Kamo Seiro.'' In addition, we also have the normal ``Kakesoba'' and the standard soba `` Tempura.'' Of course, it is recommended as a finishing touch, but also as an accompaniment to alcohol.

The interior of the store is chic and modern. The tables are also a deep brown color, which, combined with the interior lighting, creates a tasteful atmosphere. There are 18 seats, all at tables.
