Our most popular item is the famous Kakuni Bankara. This pork bone soy sauce soup is made with ``A fat'', which is the highest quality of pork back fat, and has a rich flavor and sweetness. The topping ``Kakuni'' is made over two days to remove excess fat, then added with soy sauce and ginger to create a juicy and creamy finish.
