...from Japanese beef wholesalers such as Marutomi Shoten, with whom we have a relationship of trust for over 10 years. We prepare our kimchi, namul, and soup from scratch in-house to ensure safety and security. Our carefully selected "sauce" is arranged for each part of the meat and served in its best condition.
