Food “Sauce” brings meat to its best condition
The most important thing about Kurogyu is probably its "sauce." I believe that the reason we have been able to operate here in Yoyogi and be loved by everyone for over 15 years is due to the taste of this "sauce." Please enjoy the best sauce made from 40 years of experience in Yakiniku (Grilled meat).

There are 4 private rooms available. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including entertaining guests and people who don't like cigarette smoke. *Since our restaurant uses a roaster, we take care not only to avoid the smell of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) but also to avoid the smell of cigarettes.
Food Standard products are important
All of our kimchi, namul, soup, and Cold Noodles are carefully prepared from scratch every day. The kimchi is made in-house, starting with pickling Chinese cabbage and making the seeds. The soup made with beef tail, which is marinated using a secret recipe, is also delicious. We believe that by focusing on standard products, you can enjoy delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat).

Made with Koshihikari ``Yukitsubaki'' from Uonuma. Highly fragrant, glossy, and sticky. It tastes even better when it cools down. About [Yukitsubaki] About 3.2 million tons of Koshihikari rice from all over the country is harvested in one year, but ``Yukitsubaki'' accounts for 0.007% of the total Koshihikari rice produced in Uonuma. It is a highly rare and valuable rice with only 0.003% of the total.

...from Japanese beef wholesalers such as Marutomi Shoten, with whom we have a relationship of trust for over 10 years. We prepare our kimchi, namul, and soup from scratch in-house to ensure safety and security. Our carefully selected "sauce" is arranged for each part of the meat and served in its best condition.
