``Buri nori shabu-shabu'', in which yellowtail is shabu shabu in a soup stock made with raw seaweed, is a rare shabu shabu with a gentle scent of the ocean. The yellowtail we offer is carefully selected from seasonal sources, such as yellowtail from Himi. Wrap the vegetables in yellowtail, sprinkle with plenty of seaweed, and enjoy. In addition, we also have ``Buri Shabu Hot Pot'', ``Buri no Rare Katsu'', and ``Buri no Delicacy'', which are made with plenty of red bream and bonito and served with homemade ponzu sauce.
