Born in Oita. After graduating from culinary school, he learned all about Japanese-style meal from the basics. After that, he gained about 5 years of experience as a head chef and opened "Wasami" in 2016. While working in the field, he studied at a famous restaurant to learn more about Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and in 2019 he opened ``Toribi-an'' and is now here. Since the opening of Wasami, its original cuisine has been captivating foodies. We use fresh ingredients from carefully selected suppliers, simple seasoning, and careful handwork. I want to take my time to enjoy the true value of this restaurant, which represents the next generation of chefs.

When you open the door, the scent of cypress wafts through the air, and the white and wood tones give it a sense of elegance and cleanliness. The calm interior of the store can be used for a variety of occasions.
